The frame is best suited to a taller rider. It's crafted from oversized 7005 Aluminum tubing. It's geared 3x8 with GripShip shifters. Hoops are Alex 32H with Parallax hubs. Front shock is a vintage RockShox Indy C that still works great! From the days before the lawyer tabs! The tires and tubes are BRAND NEW and are WTB Velociraptor 2.1 front and 1.9 rear. The chain is also brand new. The bottom bracket is a new Shimano sealed unit. Cranks are stock 175mm. This bike has had very little ride time but has seen some time in the weather. The paint has some nicks and chips that have been touched up, including a rectangular patch where the downtube meets the head tube because the lawyer sticker took the paint with it. The paint is a Matte finish Blue from the factory. Some of the bit hardware is rusty. The KHS embroidered seat has a few small chunks taken out of the vinyl. I have just overhauled the headset and front and rear hubs. The bike needs nothing! It is nearly entirely built of aluminum. It has an old-skool sit with a long, low reach to narrow bars. Even though it's 17 years old, it still kicks the CRAP out of the Big Box store bikes. This ride will earn respect and is ready to hammer trails!! The pedals in the photo ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SALE!!!

2003 Specialized Allez Pro with the Cipollini Zebra style paint job in Chrome and and Black. This frame is still super lite by today's standards using Columbus SLX Aluminum makes this frame very stiff too. I bought this frame to build up but I just don't have the time nor the space for another bike. The previous owner said the bike only had about 400 Miles on it and I believe it the frame is in great shape only has a few scratches on the bottom bracket area where the crank hooks up and one scratch on the non drive side seat stay (pictured). I got this bike from someone who had lived in Amsterdam and brought this back with them. It is made by Locomotief, a bike company that I think has been around since the 1920s. This is the kind of bike that you see ALL OVER the streets of Amsterdam. Very nice sturdy bike with comfortable, upright riding position. Rides and stops very well. Sturmey Archer hub with integrated internal shoe brakes.

This is a really rare bike to have here in the states. Not in mint condition, but a fantastic, very cool bike to ride around the city.
