The kayak is blue and in nice condition and is rated for about 300lbs, I weigh 245 and it was certainly at the upper limit. I have used it at Burke lake and Fountain Head with great success. I will include a paddle, plugs and vest for an extra $25.

The outside of the boat is in great shape, it has two scratches on the port side in the grey section close to the bumper line. We have the factory matched gelcoat to repair it, but don't know anything about body work so haven't attempted it. The oil was changed at the end of last season, the impeller and the battery was replaced at the beginning of the last two seasons simply as preventative maintenance. This boat was always dry docked, the longest it ever spent in the water was an entire weekend. It's only ever been in freshwater, most of its life was spent at Lake Anna in Virginia. This boat is great for a family or for a group of friends. It really covers all the bases on the water. The Bravo 3 outdrive gets up on plane incredibly fast for pulling skiers and the engine has more than enough power for pulling tandem skiers as well. We've loved having this boat from the day we bought it and hate to get rid of it, but the 2008 model is screaming my name, so it has to go. If you're in the market for a boat, Stingray is the way to go. You won't find a lot of them on the used market because their owners keep them!

Trailer is in excellent condition. I started to check the seals and bearings but never finished. I think one seal is missing because I was going to size it up and never got around to getting them. I cant remember if I put the seal back in or not, but, anyhow, just check the bearing and put new seals in and you have a good trailer. Will need new tires though. Vehicle Description
This is a 20 Foot 2002 Sugar Sand Sole Jet Boat with a 240hp Mercury Marine SportJet Engine and Jet Drive. I’ve had a Seadoo jet boat before that was just so-so and so I did a lot of research before buying this one and have been truly happy with it.

The engine was recently tuned up and de winterized and starts right up every time. It runs great and the boat is fast (50+ mph). I rerouted the exhaust to exit under the water line so the boat is extremely quiet for a 2-cycle jet boat. With these slight modifications it runs as quiet as or quieter than a traditional I/O engine and still has all the power and torque of a 2-cycle jet drive engine. You’ll love it - the best of both worlds!

The guy who owned it before me was not as quite as meticulous with the interior as I would have liked and so the upholstery has quite a few spots that will need attention. I tried to take some photos of the upholstery issues but they didn’t come out too well. The thread on the seams of a few cushions are what have snapped. There are also a few typical docking scuffs. Other than that the boat is in great shape. I was planning to have the boat reupholstered this winter but due to the move I will end up selling with the interior as-is. I have considered this on an estimate from $1000 to $2000 to completely redo the upholstery. The interior upholstery is ok the way it is, but if you decided to have it re-done the boat would seem practically like new. The boat comes with a retractable stainless steel boarding ladder and a stainless steel ski pylon which I have used to easily pull a 3-person tube. There is a stow able dining table, swivel bucket seats and the drivers seat fits two comfortably. It has a huge bimini top and full vaccu-cover for traveling. The vaccu-cover creates a vacuum that holds the cover on nice and tight when trailering the boat. There is also a porta-potti with privacy curtain and tons of storage on the boat (under all the seats, under the front bow pad and on either side of the engine compartment). The cockpit has ambiance lighting throughout and the steering wheel tilts.

The boat also comes with a galvanized trailer with surge brakes and lights that work! The trailer has a brand new spare wheel/tire and the whole package tracks perfectly when towing. The actual length of the boat is 19 feet 6 inches.

The boat gets on plane quickly and has a smooth ride and it is also very safe for kids and marine life because it does not have an exposed prop. The jet drive gives the boat unparalleled maneuverability. At low speeds, you can actually turn the boat on its center point – very handy for docking and moving about in tight spaces. The boat also has the best braking and reverse capabilities that I have ever experienced. The fuel tank has a 57 gallon capacity for lots of cruising time between gas stops.

I have flushed the boat with fresh water every time it has been used and had regular maintenance done by a local Mercury mechanic. I believe the original owner used the boat in fresh lake water exclusively. You will not be disappointed with this boat! It is a great boat for fishing as well as taking a twilight cruise around the lake with you and few friends. It is equipped with all the bells and whistles, including a fold down canopy, a Minn-Kota Maxxum
