Most likely a friend�s recommendation or an advertisement leads you to a trainer. But how do you really know that this trainer has all the tools necessary to assist you in achieving your goals? You might say �well, they are certified�. However when it comes to producing in the real world, certifications do not translate into results. Most people have bad perceptions of personal trainers because the field is infiltrated with people that have certifications they�ve earned over the weekend but have absolutely no idea how to effectively design and implement a results driven program for such a diverse population. Almost anybody can become a certified personal trainer. A person that has never worked out nor has any fitness knowledge could take a test over the weekend and become a �fitness expert�. Understandably so, you might have a bad perception of personal training. Sad to say a lot of trainers, are people who never participated actively in athletics or any type of strength and conditioning program until way after becoming an adult . When looking for a trainer ideally, you want someone who has been a career athlete. You want someone who has been involved in several different types of athletics throughout their life. You�re trainer should be the point of reference person that all the other paid trainers go to for advice. Your trainer should be someone everybody in the gym looks up to and respects.

When You shop around for a trainer you will notice that about 90% of them claim to be the best and that their work out plan is the best and their system is the best but therein lies the problem: Everybody is different ie., everyone has different genetics, training zones, responds differently to diets, and needs a program that considers their variables and goals. Your fitness program should NOT be a workout your "trainer" read about in Muscle and Fitness! LOL It is possible to have results albeit minimal with this type of a program�Why? Because it simply involves nothing from you. However, training that considers your variables considered with your goals based on all the latest science and research available involving diet, exercise and nutrition is the best possible way to go.

When starting with a new client, before we talk and give our opinions and solutions, we ask the right questions and then listen really well. We do all this so we can understand you and where you�re at and most importantly where you want to go. After effectively listening we can then appropriate from over 30 years of personal training experience and 45 years of workout experience the direction needed to take to most effectively help you reach your goals as expeditiously as possible.

We can train you in home, in studio, at your work, home, or condo gym using your equipment or ours. Studio clients are trained at several gyms and studios throughout the city. Our rates are by far some of the lowest in the city.

Types of Weaves

Traditional Weave

A traditionl weave is where the hairline is usually left out and the rest of the hair is cornrowed down. The tracks are sewn onto the cornrows. This type of weave is good for the client who wants to change her look, experiment with color, or give her hair a break from everyday styling. This weave will last up to 2 months and will require hair care maintenance at a minimum of every two weeks.

Full Sew In Weave

A full sew in weave is where all of the client's hair is cornrowed down, then the tracks are sewn onto the cornrows. This weave is good for the client who wants to go short or long, experiment with natural and/or relaxed textures, experiment with color, and give their hair a break from everyday styling. This weave will last up to 2 months and will require hair care maintenance at a minimum of every two weeks.

Net Weave

The net weave is great for the client who is experiencing thinning of the hair, hair loss or balding. This weave is also good for clients who are growing their hair out of a short hair cut. The client's hair is cornrowed (all of the hair may not be cornrowed down depending on length) and a weaving net is secured to the cornrows. The tracks are then sewn onto the weaving net. This weave will last up to 2 months and will require hair care maintenance at a minimum of every two weeks.

Integration Weave

The integration weave is great for clients who want a weave without the hours of a regular sew in. The clients hair is cornrowed down and the weave unit is sewn onto the cornrows. The top closure is then sewn on to finish and secure the weave. This weave will last up to 2months and will require hair care maintenance at a minimum of every two weeks.

Quick Weave

This type of weave is bonded with hair glue. The client's hair is molded down or wrapped and the tracks are glued onto the clients hair. This type of weave is good for experimenting with different lengths and colors. This should last up to 4 weeks.

Wig Cap Weave

The wig cap weave, essentially, is a wig. The tracks are sewn or bonded to a wig cap and then styled. The client can take the wig cap on and off as desired. This is great for the client who likes to change their look on a regular basis, wants to give their hair a break from styling, wants to experiement with different textures and colors, or is experiencing hair loss or balding.

Partial Weave

The partial weave is great for the client who wants to add a few tracks for length or a change of color and/or highlights. Tracks can be bonded or sewn usually no more than half way up the client's head. the partial weave will require hair care maintenance at a minimum of every week to every two weeks.
