Jack Alter's hacker repeatedly remotely turned on my netbooks to geostalk where I relocated. I do not know how his hacker sent magic packets to perform WOL (Wake On LAN) or WOWAN (Wake on Wireless LAN) since I had removed my wifi card, my netbooks were not hard wired to an ethernet cable and my netbooks do not have WiMax. After researching a solution, I flashed by BIOS and disabled WOL in the BIOS. I disabled LAN in BIOS to prevent the MAC address of my LAN from somehow being detected and remotely accessed. That did not help. So I removed the battery from my netbook.
When I turn on my netbooks, I am still being geo stalked offline. I do not go online. His hacker may have installed System on a Chip (SOC) and hard wired it to my battery. There seems to be a hidden PCI card or WiMax inside my netbooks and a hidden or secret internet connection (Intel AT-p?). Several computer repair shops opened my netbooks to examine whether there is GPS, bluetooth or a replacement wifi card but they did not know how GPS and bluetooth look like.The manufacturers of my netbooks did not preinstall GPS, WiMax and WWAN, but it is possible they were installed by his hacker.
