running partner - 10k (Foggy Bottom)

I signed up for a 10k in the fall and realized I need to be more disciplined about my running. Right now I tend to only run a mile or two and don't really pace or time myself. I'm 26/f and don't really care about age or sex as long as you're looking to build up your distance and are at a similar athletic level!
