Looking For a Conversation Parter (Adams Morgan, Mount Pleasant, Cleve Park)

I am looking for a partner to practice speaking Spanish with at least once per week. I am at a beginner level. I took Spanish for 6 years in junior high and high school and I am working on relearning Spanish. I am working with a tutor once a week to learn grammar and vocabulary. (So I don't need a tutor) I would like to meet with someone once or twice a week to practice actual conversation. I work in the evenings but I am available some mornings and in the afternoon during the week.
