You'd be living in a two story, two bathroom, three bedroom row house, with free washer and dryer in the house. Great bars, shops, parks, a library, and the market are just steps from our place. Very close to the hill – ideal for staffers. Rent is $800 plus utilities (av. $75 month total for each person, all utilities – water, cable, internet, electricity, gas). Low price for this area. June rent and security deposit (additional $750) needed by May 27, move in June 1 or later.
The upstairs room for rent has lots of light, built-in shelving, is good sized, and has cool ceiling work. You'd be living with two easy going, respectful, fun, democratic mid-20's young professionals—one male, one female, and sharing a bathroom with the male upstairs roommate.
