Breakdown/Description:
Warren (Late 20's) Main character. Friendly, passionate, and naive. Must be able to sing rock music (if auditioning for this role, have a rock song prepared).
Stanley (Late 50s) Coffee Shop Manager, relaxed, caring and charming character. On third marriage. Former producer of a band that Warren used to front called "The Leisure Pigs"
Jessica (Mid 20s) Sarcastic, sassy coffee Clerk. Feuds often with Warren. Has crush on Ray.
Jamie (Late 20s) Friendly, sweet coffee clerk. Platonic friends with Warren. Dating Jose.
Gretchen (Late 20s/Early 30s) Sexy Graduate Student who knows she's attractive.
Jose (30s) Sleezy, sneaky, ladies' man. Jamie's unfaithful boyfriend.
Ray (30s-40s) Jessica's love interest. Comes off as smooth and confident in the beginning but turns out to be a lying coward.
There are many other roles in addition to these. Most likely actors will double up to play multiple roles.
