We’re looking for an organized person with a knack for strategic health communications to serve as a deputy project director on several contracts. To be considered for the position, you must work well in a team setting and have a strong desire to work on projects that help improve people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project directors in the management of web and print communication projects for major government and private-sector clients
- Coordinate the production of print, web, and interactive communication products
- Assist in the development of strategic communication and outreach plans
- Monitor project workplans and timelines
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three years of experience coordinating communication projects; experience in the health sector or with for federal government agencies a plus
- Experience assisting with the development and implementation of strategic communication and outreach initiatives in the health sector
- Outstanding writing and editing skills
- Superb customer service skills
- Proven ability to organize complex projects and track the progress of individual tasks
- Experience working under tight deadlines
