Currently the fastest-growing hostel company in the United States, we are seeking a Northeast Regional Regional Manager. This person will directly report to the CEO, and assist in all facets of guest service, operations, revenue management, human resources, finance, and the continued growth of our Northeast region. Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing our locations in New York, Washington DC, Philadelphia, and eventually Boston
• Providing support & training to four managers who report directly to you
• Continually researching potential new locations to continue our expansion
• Performing projected P/E ratio evaluations on new ventures in an effort to continue to grow our business
• Quantitatively analyzing our revenue streams and coordinating CMS with our IT & reservations staff

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong leadership
• Fluent in two other languages besides English
• Extensive hotelling background
• A bachelor's degree is preferred & 3 to 5 years of previous management experience required
• A charismatic personality and the ability to communicate effectively in a team are a must

Please note that you must have a willingness to travel, as 1 to 2 days per week will be spent visiting the locations in your region.
