“Learn to Sail on the Bay” with the Wanderlusters Sailing Club, a non-profit club. Classes start Tuesday, April 8 from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Cost is $275 and includes 12 hours of classroom in Arlington, VA and 15 hours of on-the-water instruction on the Chesapeake.
