We are looking for a web designer who would be able to make a social networking web site like "myspace"

concepts including usernames/passwords, importing youtube clips, etc

The only issue is that we are a start up company that would not be able to pay the designer till 6 months
into the project. The project has been developed by 3 college graduate students and will bring in revenue
within the first 6 months. The benefit also includes a percentage of the corporate sponsorship money
we will be receiving in 2010.
