Robert Frahm, one of the best young blues guitarists in the DC/Baltimore area will be a guest with the Big Boy Little Band at the Zoo Bar Thursday Blues Jams for the next 2 weeks. If you've already seen him then you know what a great guitarist he is, and if you haven't, you don't want to miss this opportunity! Several years ago, WETA-TV featured Robert in a 30-second spot that promoted Martin Scorsese's PBS film series entitled "The Blues." Afterwards, the local blues talent takes the stage. BBL usually finishes up the night. Popular jam - you never know who's going to show up - sometimes traveling musicians!

As winner of the DC Blues Society Blues Challenge, Big Boy Little has the honor of playing at the College Park Blues Festival! Free admission, free parking, food available, vendors too! Donations accepted to help the DC Blues Society keep bringing us the blues and blues programs!
We'll play first, then enjoy the DC Blues Society Blues Band. Headlining will be Homemade Jamz - from Mississippi! These talented young musicians made a big splash at the Int'l Blues Challenge in Memphis, TN a few years ago and have been gigging all over ever since - including performing with B.B. King!
