Be on TV! We are looking for D.C.-metro-area families for an upcoming pilot for new home TV show. The show will feature a deserving family who is selling their home and needs to get the most for their home in a down real estate market.
Examples of what we are looking for:
-A family member is now handicapped and the family must sell to be closer to a hospital. But if they loose money on the home sale, they'll have nothing left for medical bills.
-A deserving family got a variable mortgage and must sell or loose the home.
- An elderly person needs to move to a nursing home, but must make money on the home sale to afford it.
Please send video applications of your home describing your situation and why you are deserving to the address below. Please include details about your purchase price for your home and what it's worth now.
