UNI
(Sea Urchin) is an age-old creature of the sea with a long
tradition in Japanese cuisine. It is unique, and stands above
the rest in both taste and texture. At
UNI we try to achieve a balance between the old and new by
serving the finest and freshest food, presented in the old
world tradition with an amazing contemporary flair and style.
All of the seafood and meats are individually
sliced and prepared only when it is ordered by you to ensure
the highest quality. All the selections are purchased on
a daily basis to guarantee peak freshness
 
 
 
UNI has an amazing Japanese inspired design, very clean
and functional. Very Feng Shui and even has a Japanese "Happy
Cat" at the entrance to give all good luck and great times.
I was really impressed by their design. Here are a few images
of the place that I took to give you guys an idea of what it
