PLEASE READ !!!!! A high end/high volume restaurant seeking professional servers with a minimum of two years of casual fine dinning experience. Brasserie Beck is a Chef Robert Wiedmaier (09' Chef of the year award recipient) restaurant. Well known, for our mussels and vast selection of Belgium beers (over 130) and an amazing wine list to match (close to 300) Brasserie Beck embodies food that is much more sophisticated in flavors and presentation then most of this city's top restaurants but is still approachable. This is a very hard working restaurant due to our standards and expectations from all of our staff . Wine knowledge is a must. Beer knowledge preferred. Must be available to work at least 2 Sundays a month. We are a pooled house so being a team player is required. We are looking for that person who takes initiative and pride in their work.
