Gallup’s Senior Administrative Officer — International Health will act as the business manager of a five-year international health project. This person will be responsible for:

 

• Managing the process of project integration
• Coordinating teams and establishing partnerships to provide integrated and coherent consulting impact processes
• Working with sub-contracting agreements between the contractor and external organizations, particularly local and parasitical organizations
• Partnering with teams throughout the design and implementation of client engagements
• Demonstrating flexibility and creativity to design programs that meet specific client needs
• Measuring implemented successes

 

• MBA or equivalent advanced management degree
• Knowledge of U.S. government contract rules and regulations
• Experience in working with 10MM+ complex, U.S. government contracts
• Experience interacting with U.S. government agencies, host-country governments, and international donor agencies
• Two years of USAID-related management experience in developing countries is highly desirable
