DUTIES:
Maintain productivity comparable to that of other Chiropratcic Assistants assigned to the same facility.
Prepare treatmetns areas for incoming patients.
Transport patients to chiropractic departments and prepare patients and equipment for treatment.Instruct and supervise patient exercise program.
Provide patient and family education. Make recommendations and suggestions about treatment progression,
duty limitations and the need for additional assessment and/or treatment.
Administer complex, specialized supportive physio-therapy treatment in areas such as ultrasound, electrotherapy, therapeutic hot/cold
and therapeutic exercise in support of chiropractic treatments in the clinic in a safe and medically accepted manner as directed as directed by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Possess a high school diploma or GED Certificate.
Possess a minimum of 12 consecutive months experience as a Chiropractic Assistant within the last 36 months.
Be certified in American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers; American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer; or equivalent.
