HR Generalist with experience in Recruitment and Staffing, and Benefits Administration, HR Administration. Good working knowledge with principles and practices of HR. Effective oral and written communication skills. Candidates must be detailed-oriented, pro-active, able to multi-task, good sense of urgency. Prior experience with an HRIS database preferred. Candidates for this position must be able to maintain strict confidentiality around all sensitive HR related information. Bachelors degree and experience preferably in a nonporfit and or association enviorment.
