Fish! Video and Manual and HP Laptop (1300 block R St. NW)

My car window was smashed and my brief case with an HP Pavillion Laptop and materials for a training I am leading in it was taken. The materials are a video called FISH! which I borrowed from a resource library for my job and the laptop is a new HP Pavillion.
Will pay $$$ for return of laptop, no questions asked, if it is mine.
The video is only valuable to someone who needs it for a training, but it would be of enormous help to me to get it back. It probably would not be kept by the person who broke into my car and would be chucked on the street somewhere, so if you find it it is really important to my work and would be very helpful to have returned. Thanks!
