You’ll be as involved as you’ll ever want to be in this dynamic group!

You’ll draft patent and trademark applications, perform sunbstantive research on Trademark USPTO actions, prepare draft submissions as well as conduct preliminary trademark clearance searches on USPTO, CIPO and OHIM websites and communicate with USPTO concerning USPTO/PC/e-filing requirements. In addition you will work very closely with Practice Support Manager in the training of paralegal specialists in this area.
