We're looking for an analyst to assist our customer in providing litigation support database management and analysis to the federal government. U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain an public trust clearance are required.

The ideal candidate will analyze, create, and load litigation support databases using various third party database products. Working with project managers, the analyst will customize, configure, and load litigation databases for use by customer attorneys, paralegals, and case managers for litigation cases. The employee may also be expected to provide eTrial technical support during live trials including but not limited to courtroom presentation, transcript captivation and audio/video configuration and use.

Supporting litigation requires the ability to work closely with other team members under demanding schedules to meet litigation deadlines. The analyst will also work with other related teams such as Help Desk to meet customer needs. Staff member must be able to travel 10-20% of the time.

Required skills
iConect/Concordance Administration:
-Data loading
-Working knowledge of product capabilities and functionality

Database Development Skills involving:
-Complex Querying

Skills in eTrial/Courtroom Presentations:
-Experience with providing various technical support to trial team in a live trial environment including but not limited to use of courtroom presentation technology, courtroom presentation software Trial Director and/or Sanction as well as transcript recording software such as Summation’s Realtime and Livenote. Some experience with Microsoft PowerPoint may be necessary as well.
-Loading trial exhibits in different formats, either manually or through the use of load files, into Trial Director or Sanction software such as document images, photographs, text transcripts and video depositions.
-Preparing courtroom presentations consisting of document images, photographs, videos, text transcripts and video depositions.
-Synchronizing video depositions with text transcripts and creating/editing video deposition clips.
-Transferring image, text and video files in various formats between litigation discovery applications and courtroom presentation applications.
-Creating and using load files in various formats.
-Loading, indexing and querying trial transcripts in applications such as Summation’s Realtime transcript recorder.
-Working knowledge of configuration and use of audio-visual equipment and software.
-Strong communications skills to explain technical issues to clients and attorneys
