Prestigious DC law firm seeks a Billing Specialist to handle billing for their IP/Patent clients. Responsibilities include preparing and processing client bills, reviewing Intellectual Property billing activity, ensuring all debit notes/value bills are processed timely and accurately, and performing bill reconciliations. The successful applicant will possess excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills. Minimum of two years billing experience, including previous Intellectual Property billing experience, working knowledge of Word and Excel and Data Entry skills required.
