StrategyOne, a full service, strategic research firm owned by Daniel J Edelman, is looking for a Marketing trainee to work full or part-time for 3 months as part of a fast-paced, energetic and fun Marketing Team. You must be enrolled in school and be earning credit or produce approval from your university. Hours are flexible.
This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience while contributing to StrategyOne’s new media efforts. You will be exposed to a wide range of disciplines from social media, SEO and web development, to market research, lead generation and prospecting.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate or graduate student with an interest in market research, marketing, sales and/or web development.
• A basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, search engines, social media and database management.
• Experience creating marketing brochures/materials; working knowledge or desire of learning web development software.
• Good work ethic – dedicated to the work and team.
• Think and work independently, in a team environment, while handling discrete and confidential information.
Responsibilities include:
• Supporting all areas of marketing within the firm, from establishing new accounts on social media networks, to creating marketing materials that target a wide-range of clients in various industry sectors.
• Providing direct support and assistance to the Marketing Coordinator and senior staff as needed.
