A Washington, DC-based leading direct marketing agency is seeking a qualified individual who is creative, resourceful and a natural leader to help achieve the direct response goals of its clients. Main responsibilities include accountability for each account’s direct mail and online marketing plan and budget; steering mail, telemarketing and email campaigns from start to finish; and managing a team to ensure goals are reached.

Applicants must have at least four years of mid-level direct response experience including interactive marketing, budget and project management and staff supervision. Previous client cultivation and new business development a plus. Salary and benefits highly competitive.
