Duties and Responsibilities: Develops, prepares, and manages all details of the RFP process and workflow including coordinating all responses to insure appropriateness; develops and maintains current database for mailings; researches current business trends and makes recommendation to include new service offerings; provides technical guidance to team regarding newly awarded proposals; assists with the on-boarding process; participates in trade show events.
Requirements: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs): Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration or related field; minimum 1 year experience in the sales and marketing field and/or in a procurement environment; working knowledge of the Request For Proposal process; demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts; excellent networking skills required; strong visual presentation skills needed.
