Graphic Designers/Publications Specialists—Freelance and Part-time
Seeking Freelance Graphic Designers, Publication Specialists and Production Artists to work ONSITE in our WDC office. Eligible candidates must be proficient on Mac platforms (PC a plus) with 3+ years experience working in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office. Must be efficient and productive in the layout and development of publications, brochures, and annual reports. Publication Specialists and Production Artists must have a strong understanding of style sheets (including master pages, paragraph/character styles, tables/cell styles), with the ability to trouble-shoot files, collect files, QC and prep for printer. All applicants must be able to take art direction, follow instructions, and work under tight deadlines.
We are looking for individuals who have a clear understanding of design principles, and can make sound design decisions based on an established look or standards. It is our goal to establish a relationship with an experienced individual who can follow art direction while working independently to meet critical deadlines without compromising quality
