Musicians/Street Performers needed for event! (Barracks Row/Capitol Hill)

Historic Barracks Row (Capitol Hill/Eastern Market Area) is hosting an event on a Saturday in May where lots of festive patrons will be participating and walking the blocks of 8th Street SE (near Eastern Market metro stop).
We would like to have a few street performers, preferably jazz musicians playing their horns with happy music, in a few locations to add to the festivities.
There will be a LOT of foot traffic and this will be a great opportunity to collect those dollar bills!
Unfortunately we will not be able to pay you for your participation, but there will be ample opportunity to make some cash from passers-by and this is great exposure in this diverse and artist-driven community.
If you would like to participate please call the Barracks Row Main Street Association at 202-544-3188 as soon as possible. We are saving 2 prime locations for a few great performers - details will be provided when you call, first come first serve!
