Up and coming band needs guitarist asap! (DC)

We're an up and coming four piece group located in DC. We've already gigged and accumulated a fanbase but now have to go back to the drawing board and pump out our set list so we can get back to gigging by the end of the year!
We really need a guitarist to come in and make an immediate impact on our group. Our sound can most likely be described as heavy alternative, maybe with a hint of metal.
We have a diverse amount of influences, which I can get into if you email me. So if you're hard working and willing to dedicate yourself to inevitable greatness, hit me up!
We're also hoping for some diversity, any ethnic background or either gender would be awesome.
Of course, what matters most is skills and passion.
