Convio’s DC office has just relocated into our new office space and we are seeking to hire an Associate Education Specialist to join our Education Services team.
This is an entry-level position on the Convio Education Services team and will provide support to our training offerings. The Associate Education Specialist position entails a variety of activities to keep it interesting, but careful attention to detail and organizational skills are a must. Tasks include providing logistical support, maintaining our online catalog of offerings and running reports of class attendance. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to grow into a Convio Education Specialist role delivering training to our clients and employees.
• Support delivery of online and in-classroom training to clients and employees.
• Support development and production of instructor and student manuals and class materials, as well as online educational resource material.
• Interface directly with clients and employees on issues related to class attendance. Prepare reports of employee performance for management.
• Coordinate training requests.
• Maintain the course catalog, records of training activities, and users' progress towards product authorization.
• Work under moderate supervision.
