CALVES!
Unless you were born a baby cow, then cow's milk is NOT, by nature, intended for your
consumption.
NO other animal seeks out milk after it's weened...only humans do.
Milk is not only NOT necessary for humans, it's NOT GOOD for us either.
PERIOD.
Soy, almond or rice milk are the only choices healthy for human consumption.
If you insist on drinking from an animals teat, then at least go with goat's milk.
