Preferred candidates for Supervisor positions will have a minimum of 1 year apparel retail supervisory experience with proven clientele/selling skills and high customer service standards.
College degree preferably in Retail Management, Business or Fashion Merchandising is ideal. Degree requirement may be substituted with applicable retail experience. Candidates must also understand the Coaching Style of management.
