Master bedroom available in a 3 br apartment with two 23 year old girls. We're looking for someone to move in by May 23rd or as soon after that as possible. We've loved living in the apartment for two years, but now our roommate is leaving us to go off to med school. The location is perfect (one block from the woodley park/zoo metro, a short walk from Adams Morgan and Dupont) Utilities are included, the building is very safe, and there's a gym on the first floor. We're laid back most days of the week, but we also like to go out, and we're looking for someone similar.
