I am looking for a roommate for the 2nd bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment.
The apartment is a spacious (1500 sq. ft.) 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the heart of Adams Morgan (Adams Mill and Lanier - right near the Exxon gas station). There is a large living room, full dining room, open foyer, kitchen with plenty of counter space, and small separate office. There is also plenty of natural light, refinished hardwood floors, good closet space, and many other charming features like pocket doors to the dining room and living room and exposed brick in the office.
The apartment is near all the bars and restaurants on the 18th St. strip of Adams Morgan, only one block or less from multiple bus lines, and a 5-10 minute walk to the Woodley Park metro.
I am a female public interest lawyer and am very laid back. I'm open to living with a male or a female as long as you're considerate and reasonably neat.
