The common area (dinning room and living room) is 12 by 35 feet. The bathroom has a tub and is quite large with two sinks. There is a dog and a cat here. Both friendly and well behaved. There is only one other person here, me. I am hard working professional. Basically, when I am not working I am sleeping or working out. I go out with friends once or so a week. Safe, Quite Neighborhood (three blocks form the senate offices and five blocks form the capital); one block from Union Station and the red line. All basic necessities close by ( two blocks); grocery, post office, dry cleaners, beauty salons, clothing, restaurants ( Mexican, Indian, Japanese, pizza and hamburgers ) and a brewery... This is not a group house; it is a rental in a house. On street parking available with a temporary $15.00 permit. Local private parking $200 - $300 a month. Utilities $75 a month.
