I own a 2 bedroom/ 1.5 bath rowhouse at the eastern end of the H St Corridor/Atlas district.
Im looking for a short (6 months, flexible) term roommate.
House - hardwood floors, fireplace (decorative), W/D, central air/heating, ample zone 6 street parking. House is on a quiet one way one block street. 2 blocks to the X bus lines, as well as the Hechinger Mall Safeway. 6 blocks to D6 bus. About 15 min walk to the Stadium/Armory metro. 3 blocks to the Argonaut (neighborhood bar).
Me - SWF who works for Uncle Sam by day. At night, Im out at yoga (Bikram studio is about 1 mile away on H St), happy hour with friends, swimming, etc. Im not home an awful lot. I am out of town most weekends.

Room - faces the street with 2 big new windows. Room is large enough for queen bed plus dresser/desk/book case. There is one medium size closet. The ceiling is slanted, which adds to the airiness of the room.
