stress-free living! great room in a great house in a great neighborhood for month-to-month rent for $1200/month, with utilities included. (the room is furnished, but i'm happy to store the furniture if you have your own.)
house highlights: high speed wireless internet, cable, great kitchen, high ceilings, plenty of storage, lots of space, a great dog, large deck and private backyard area, and ample on-street parking (i also have a parking space for rent in back for additional $).
neighborhood highlights: 2 block walk to u street metro (green/yellow line), near great bars, music venues, restaurants, farmers market and shopping. but still quiet! you really can walk anywhere!
