We're looking for grownup, short-term renters, here for work or internships, who won't be bringing strangers over and are basically looking for a civilized and private place to stay between one and three months. We are not interested in a group house environment. We're laid-back and friendly and want to ensure your comfort, but we'll expect that you'll be too occupied with your DC gig to be much of a presence in the house.
