Room in cozy 3 br apartment, 2 blocks away from U St. Corridor, and 10-15 minute walk to Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan. Close to shopping, restaurants, and DC nightlife! W/D, dishwasher, hardwood floor in living room, gorgeous backyard/patio area, this apartment has it all!
The room for rent is big (15' by 12'), has hardwood floor, 2 closets, and has 2 windows overlooking patio!
Current roomates are two young professionals: Male(27) and Female(27). We are outgoing people, like to hit the bars here and there, and enjoy DC culture/nightlife. During the week we're pretty low key, however. Generally speaking, we are looking for someone sociable, relatively tidy, and drama free.
