Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment (there are two entrances). Available room currently has queen-sized bed and basic storage. Apartment is about 1000 sq ft, open and loft-like in the common areas, looks out on a garden and gets morning light. Kitchen has dishwasher and up to date appliances. Laundry room is right across the hall. Apartment is furnished with simple, modern furnishings.
There is 24-hour desk attendant who can receive deliveries; rent includes twice monthly cleaning.
Must be a cat-lover because two very friendly, non-neurotic, but furry cats live here.
