Starting June 1st we will have an opening for one bedroom in our 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath row house in Columbia Heights. The house was refurbished last summer and it is in excellent condition, with new appliances, hardwood floors and exposed brick. Amenities include a washer and dryer, dishwasher, AC, front porch, back deck, flower beds in the front and back, free parking spot…and a ping pong table. The available room is in the basement, medium size, and shares a bathroom with one person. Current residents include a graduate student and three young professionals who are easy going and like to socialize.
Walk to the metro is about 10 minutes (to either the Columbia Heights or Petworth stations) and there are major bus lines that stop a half block from our place.
