House has it all: washer / dryer, fully stocked kitchen, central air, loads of parking, back deck with small garden and a large front porch.
We're located in upper NW DC - three miles north of DUpont Circle - just off 16th Street. There is a bus stop just around the corner (no metro rail stations within walking distance - but the bus comes every 4 to 5 minutes during rush hour and the ride downtown takes 15 to 20 minutes.
You'll live with the owner of the house (me) and two others. We're all 20 and 30 something professionals... non smokers, clean and social. Guys and girls, gay and straight.
