Located between 18th and 19th on Kilbourne Pl in Mt Pleasant close to 2 bus lines- The H buses go one stop to Cleveland Park Metro (a 15-20 min. walk) and the #42 goes to Dupont Metro (both on the Red Line). I work at NIH and am up early and out of the house by 7/8AM and back between 4&6PM. I do have a friendly cat. The rent is $950, includes gas, water and electric as well as the wireless connection.
