We're looking for someone to sublet a large room in a 3-bdrm apartment in the heart of Dupont! The location is great - 22nd and Q st - it's a 5 minute walk from the metro, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby (including the wonderful brickskeller). You would be subletting the room for the summer, starting June 1st until the end of August. Sorry, the dates are not flexible. The rent is $789/month + utilities (which end up being around $50/month). The security deposit is $733.33. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
The roommates are great! Both are guys in their mid-20s, work 9-5 (if not later), super laid-back, and overall great roommates. One is interning in DC for the summer, and the other is working as a paralegal.
