Thanks for checking out the ad. Two down-to-earth and friendly guys (one gay and one straight) seeking a male roommate to share a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath house in upper northwest D.C. We both enjoy the outdoors and stay pretty active. The house is in close proximity to Rock Creek Park, downtown Silver Spring, the grocery store, 495, and three health clubs. The Silver Spring subway (redline) is about a 10 minute walk from the house. There's also plenty of off street parking available. The room is 10 x 12 and contains a queen size bed, a dresser, and a nightstand. You would also have your own full bath. Amenities include: washer/dryer, hot tub, wireless Internet access, cable TV, and weekly maid service. The house also comes with two dogs and one cat so you must be a huge animal lover! They can be a handful at times but have a gentle nature. Those willing to walk my dogs or watch them over an occasional weekend get first priority. We cannot accept any other pets or short timers.
