located in one of the safer and nicer parts of NW DC (DC/Maryland
Boarder), and it is an easy commute to anywhere in the metro area from
here. Having a car is an asset in this part of DC. Street parking (not zoned) directly in front of our house is always available. Most of our neighbors have off-street parking, so you can park almost anywhere you want on the street. The transit system is awesome with a bus at the end of the block. The bus route to the nearest metro is less than two miles and ends at the Friendship Heights metro (Red Line).
Come share a house with a yard, parking right in front of your own house, and the trails of Rock Creek Park at the end of the block... plus it's all located in a nice safe NW DC neighborhood.
Looking for one house mate to share this must see house with two other(straight if that matters) males. Here's a little about us. College basketball is my sport of choice, and I play
golf,basketball, and tennis when and where ever I can. Other housemate's sport of choice is fly fishing. I'm originally from Kentucky(WKU grad), and housemate is from Florida/Alaska (military brat) and is a UVA grad. We are both pretty laid back responsible and respectful guys.
We are carnivores for sure. We not only like good grilled meat, but also good beer, good wine, and good spirits. We have people over but not loud out of control parties more of the wathing TV or a cookout gathering. It's a nice
house for a party (dinner/pool/cookout), but not a party house.
