I am a 33-year-old professional woman looking for an apartment or sublet for Sept. 1, 2009 to May 30th, 2010 while I work on a grant in Washington, DC. I have two cats that come with me, and I would need to be able to park my car somewhere. My hope is to get something that is less than $1500 all included (rent + pet rent + parking + utilities). I would prefer something on the red line, but am fairly flexible. Furnished or partially furnished would be great, but not required.
About me: Great credit, employed, academic. Largely low-key work-a-holic. I can provide personal, employment, and landlord references.
