Let me introduce myself.. I'm 23 from Ohio, working in Bethesda in International Development. I love my job but 45 minutes on the metro each way is exhausting. I'm respectful, pretty outgoing and easy to get along with. I clean up after myself and hope for the same. I bring with me nothing except a couple bikes and a bookcase, but I would like to get a puppy in the near future. A 1 year lease would be fine, although I'm open on that front.
As for you.. well, you're easygoing, keep the common areas neat. And you don't need anyone to move in until late July.
