RESPONSIBILITIES

We seek a person comfortable in making video calls via Web cam such as I-chat. <br>

•Observe sales techniques of store staff, document staff product knowledge, provide on-the-spot coaching/sales training, verify proper merchandising/display, evaluate & report on inventory levels, and provide support and motivation to evangelize the Jitterbug value proposition<br>

II.       Territory Management & Business Development<br>

•Coordinate the development of your assigned sales territory, including route mapping based upon initial store assignments and through ongoing refinement based on your own in-field findings.<br>
•Develop action plans to identify the types of support that stores in your territory need to meet and exceed sales goals.<br>
•Develop and maintain visit logs to identify training needs, document week-over-week and month-over-month improvement, and identify key contacts.<br>
•Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, in order to develop a roadmap for order-of-magnitude growth above and beyond sales goals in specific locations where an opportunity exists.<br>

The Systems Sales Trainee’s responsibilities are to take day-to-day direction from Mentor and RSD on sales activities that will drive revenue such as:

•	Participating in the planning and implementation of market strategies and programs
<br>
•	Teaming with the Mentor to achieve sales goals of a specific set of solutions through the sales cycle
<br>
•	Participate in solutions team business reviews
<br>
•	Working with the Mentor on various Lead program execution tasks

•	Competitive intelligence gathering and helping to train sales associates

Manage a Federally funded (SES) after-school tutoring program site for The Princeton Review.  Tutoring sites are located in public elementary and middle schools throughout the DC area.  Princeton Review Site Managers will:<br>

+ Recruit and register students for the program<br>
+ Develop and oversee community outreach programs<br>
+ Establish and nurture school and community relationships<br>
+ Hire, train and supervise a staff of part-time Instructors and Aides<br>
+ Promote and maintain high levels of student attendance in the programs<br>
+ Ensure that programs are running smoothly and efficiently <br>
