As a Junior Developer you will
- Work with highly analytical, experienced agile developers and coaches
- Code in a Test First Development, Paired Programming environment
- Constantly learn and implement the latest Agile practices
- Create complex software solutions using the latest agile methodologies
- Implement an Object Oriented coding approach
- Use cutting edge open source tools including Google Web Toolkit, Ruby on Rails, Selenium, rspec, mockito, Spring, FIT, JUnit, Webwork, PicoContainer, Hibernate, Mule, and more
- Interact directly with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
- Experience all phases of software development from design to implementation
- Participate in design decisions
- Create quality software that truly delivers value to its users

We are looking for you if you have
- A true passion for coding
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies (Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, other)
- Knowledge of design patterns, refactoring and continuous integration
- The desire to learn new technologies quickly
- The ability to inspire others to create great code
- Experience with Object Oriented languages (Java/J2EE, Ruby/Rails, etc.)
Other Qualifications include
- Ability to work in Berkeley Heights, NJ and New York City
- Ability to interact well with clients
- Strong interpersonal skills
